Chola Classic Health - Individual provides cover against medical expenses for families on individual sum insured basis.

Highlight:

This policy is applicable for you and your dependants (Spouse, upto 4 dependent Children, dependent parents). Any person aged between 90 days and 65 years can take the policy for the first time
5% discount on the premium paid will be allowed for 2 members and 10% discount on the premium paid will be allowed for 3 or more members insured under the policy.
Multi year discount of 6% of 2 years and 12% for 3 years

Free Health Checkup	All insured persons under this policy will be eligible for a General Health and Eye Check Up upto limits. If benefit not claimed it can get accumulated for max 3 years
Ambulance Expenses	Under Plan A,b,C,D Rs.2000. Under Plan E,F,G,H,I Rs.1000
Non-Allopathic Treatments	100% of SI
Daily Hospitalization Allowance	Available on payment of additional premium
Donor Expenses	Organ transplantation including the treatment costs of the donor but excluding the costs of the organ
No Claim Bonus	5% of the expiring policy Sum Insured. Max 50%. Reduction Of Cumulative Bonus by 5% in case of claim
